No, you don't. I send all the necessary materials and textbooks for free!
All lessons are held online on Zoom. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a direct Zoom link by email — just click on it at the scheduled time. Zoom works just as well in the browser if you prefer not to install it.
You can reschedule for free as long as you give at least 24 hours of notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don't show up, the lesson is charged in full and counted against your pack — the time slot was reserved for you and can't be offered to another student.
The 5-lesson pack is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. The 10-lesson pack is valid for 2 months. It is your responsibility to schedule your lessons before the validity period ends — lessons not taken by then are forfeited (no refund, no extension).
